New type of short-term lease
A new type of lease has been voted by the French Government to facilitate the rental of apartments to students and young professionals. The "Bail Mobilité" (Mobility Lease) will be applicable to short term lease contrats of one to ten months duration. The advantage of this new lease is that no security deposit will be required from the tenant.
